Tania is a Registered Exercise Professor, specialising in Group Exercise, an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, and Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200). She founded Breathing Matters in 2023. Her aim is to “empower you to nurture and sustain your wellbeing through breath coaching, postural alignment and movement". She runs regular yoga and breathing classes within the community and delivers breathing and wellness programmes for individuals, schools, sports teams and organisations, including the Crusaders Academy, Canterbury Hockey, Harcourts, Westpac, U3As and Rotary.
