We offer Study Groups from U3A Online, Australia and Lecture Series from local speakers.

The two Study Groups chosen for 2026 are The History of Mystery and Afghanistan.

Course information links were included in the December newsletter for you to review course material before deciding whether to join a group next year. The groups will be organised after the AGM being held at February’s meeting.

If you don't want to be part of a group you can study the course on your own.

Study Groups 2025

U3A Online, Australia provides material for our courses. There is provision for independent online study on numerous topics and we will add further study groups if there is enough interest and a leader.

In this series we focus on how Western civilisation has changed in the last millennium. Sessions held on 4 consecutive Mondays in May. This Series has been completed.

In this series we look at the outstanding and unique contributions of five lesser known Kiwis in World Wars 1 and 2. Sessions held on 5 consecutive Fridays in August. This Series has been completed.
