Dr Rose Crossin is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Department in the Department of Public Health at the University of Otago (Christchurch campus). Her research is on understanding and preventing drug harm from a public health perspective, and she is interested in how harm data can inform evidence-based drug policy. She collaborates with harm reduction organisations and work with the NZ Ministry of Health, Te Whatu Ora, Ministry of Justice, and Police on research-policy translation.
